One contracting supplier

A reviewed catalogue, multiple formats and documentation by stage — one supplier, not a marketplace of vendors.

DAT Supply supplies private-label dietary supplements across gummies, sachets, oral strips, powders and functional jellies.

Who it's for

For brand owners, not consumers

DAT Supply is a B2B private-label supplier. We do not sell to consumers and we do not run competing DTC ranges — the brand stays yours.

Capabilities

One supplier, every format we offer

The format is a choice you make about the product, not about the supplier. The same active stack can be built as a gummy, a sachet or an oral strip, and the specification, artwork and batch documentation follow the same route in each case.

Custom supplements

Need a custom supplement?

Start from an existing DAT Supply formula and adapt ingredients, actives, dosage or serving with Formula Adaptation ($1,950, fixed). New development, sourcing, testing or market-entry work is a Custom Project, quoted on the reviewed scope.

How Formula Adaptation works Custom Projects

How a project runs

From brief to released batch

Four stages, in the order you meet them. Each one has its own review step, and nothing moves forward until the stage before it is signed off.

  1. Stage 01

    Brief and formula

You pick a catalogue formula or state what you want to make. Format, active stack and the market you sell in are agreed before any bench work starts.

  2. Stage 02

    Samples and sign-off

Samples are produced against the agreed direction and shipped to you. You judge flavour, colour and texture in your hands, and sign off on what goes into production.

  3. Stage 03

    Artwork and documents

Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own review step. On-pack copy is reviewed before artwork is locked.

  4. Stage 04

    Production and release

The batch runs, batch documentation is released by stage, and finished goods ship to your destination. Around 8 weeks from formula sign-off.

Documentation

Documentation by stage

Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own review step, released to the brand owner by stage. A Certificate of Analysis or independent lab testing is available on request.

US regulatory posture

For US brands, on-pack copy is reviewed for structure/function claim wording, the Supplement Facts panel and % Daily Value (DV) formatting before artwork is locked. DAT Supply makes no FDA-registration or DSHEA-compliance claim. Importer, responsible-party and customs responsibilities are confirmed for the applicable order and destination.

DAT Supply does

  • Reviews on-pack copy and claim wording before artwork is locked
  • Issues the per-SKU specification, allergen statement and batch documentation
  • Releases each document at its project stage, with batch release and traceability records for your batch

The brand owner does

  • Owns the brand, the artwork and the final commercial claim decision
