Pick the one that matches how much of the formula you want to change. Samples and private label carry the figures shown on each product page; Formula Adaptation is a fixed-fee development stage on an existing DAT Supply formula, followed by a production quotation.

Formula Adaptation
An existing DAT Supply formula, adapted with you — ingredients, actives, dosage or serving. New formulas, R&D and other technical work are Custom Projects.

production quoted after approval
Formula Adaptation production starts from 3,000 units per SKU; the minimum is fixed for each format (3,000 units for gummies). Standard production lead time is approximately 8 weeks after formula/specification, artwork and payment are approved. Shipping/transit is additional. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
A genuinely new formula is handled as a Custom Project. R&D, due diligence, compliance and other technical work are Custom Projects, quoted on the agreed scope.

Do I have to order samples first?
No, but most brands do. Samples are the cheapest way to be sure about a formula before committing to a production run, and they are paid in full upfront.
What is the smallest private-label order?
From 1,000 units. The exact minimum depends on the format, and every product page shows its own.
Can I change the flavour or colour of a catalogue formula?
Yes, within the supported options for that product — packaging, and flavour, colour or shape where the product offers them, chosen when you create your product. Changing the ingredients, actives or dosage is Formula Adaptation.
When does it become Formula Adaptation?
When the formula itself changes — ingredients, dosage or actives of an existing DAT Supply formula. Formula Adaptation production starts from 3,000 units per SKU; the minimum is fixed for each format (3,000 units for gummies). A genuinely new formula is handled as a Custom Project.

In your DAT Supply account. Your products, orders, documents and anything that needs your approval are all in one place — not spread across email.
When do I get documentation?
Documents are released as your order reaches each stage — specification, label, packaging and batch documents. A Certificate of Analysis or independent lab testing is available on request.
How are claims reviewed for the US market?
Claim wording is reviewed per project against the target market before artwork is locked; you approve the final label.
