Pick the option
The option you pick — private-label catalogue or Formula Adaptation — sets the starting MOQ tier and the lead-time posture.
Configure, sample and produce your supplement range in one place.
A practical reference to minimum order quantities and lead-time posture across the two private-label options. Covers the private-label catalogue and Formula Adaptation MOQ tiers and why the exact figures — and the timeline — are confirmed during order setup.
Two options carry two different minimums and two different lead-time postures. This page states both, names what moves them, and says where the figure for your own product is settled.
Catalogue MOQs are published per format and packaging, so the exact minimum for your product is shown when you configure it. Formula Adaptation is a separate route, with its own production minimum per SKU.

Order a sample kit to validate the format and finish, then configure your order to see the minimum and price for your product.
The route you pick sets the minimum; configuring your product shows the exact figure for your format and pack. Standard production lead time is approximately 8 weeks after formula/specification, artwork and payment are approved. Shipping/transit is additional.
Ingredient, dosage or active changes to an existing formula are Formula Adaptation, with the production minimum and timeline confirmed before you commit. A genuinely new formula, R&D, due diligence, compliance and bespoke testing are Custom Projects, reviewed individually.
The two published starting points. Which one a project sits in depends on how far the formula is from the catalogue.
Catalogue option, your branding and packaging — the leanest path to market.
Start from an existing DAT Supply formula and adapt ingredients, actives, dosage, serving or compatible components. The €1,750 Formula Adaptation service includes the defined development/sample process and production quotation.
These are the published minimums by option — the figure for your own format and pack is shown when you configure your product. Standard production lead time is approximately 8 weeks after formula/specification, artwork and payment are approved. Shipping/transit is additional.
Three things change the minimum inside the same option. None of them is negotiated on a public page.
The format sets the floor. Standard oral strips start from 2,500 boxes; other catalogue formats start at the published catalogue tier.
Packaging moves the tier within the same option — PET jar from 1,000 units, doypack from 2,500 units.
Ingredient, dosage and active changes to a catalogue formula move the project into Formula Adaptation, with its own production minimum per SKU; a genuinely new formula is a Custom Project.
From the option you pick to the roadmap that states your MOQ and your timeline.

Catalogue MOQs are published per format and packaging, so the exact minimum for your product is shown when you configure it. Formula Adaptation is briefed instead: an existing DAT Supply formula, adapted against that brief.
The minimum and price for your product are shown as you configure it; the production slot and timeline are confirmed at order setup.
MOQ depends on the option and format. The private-label catalogue starts from 1,000 units in PET jars and from 2,500 units in doypacks (standard oral strips start from 2,500 boxes); Formula Adaptation production starts from 3,000 units per SKU for gummies; the minimum is fixed for each format. The minimum for your product and pack is shown when you configure it.
Standard production lead time is approximately 8 weeks after formula/specification, artwork and payment are approved. Shipping/transit is additional. It depends on the option, the packaging, raw-material availability and the production calendar at the time of order. Once your brief is reviewed, the order roadmap sets out the timeline for your specific project.
The private-label catalogue is the fastest option and the default. Formula Adaptation carries a higher production minimum and a development/sample round, because an existing DAT Supply formula is adapted. An unchanged catalogue formula is Private Label; a change to its ingredients, actives or dosage is Formula Adaptation.
Minimums are published per format and pack, and shown when you configure your product: changing the format or pack moves the order to that option’s minimum, and changing the dose makes it Formula Adaptation. Standard production lead time is approximately 8 weeks after formula/specification, artwork and payment are approved. Shipping/transit is additional.
