DAT Supply is the contracting supplier for private-label dietary supplement brands. We do not run a marketplace and we do not sell to consumers.

The private-label catalogue is the default; Formula Adaptation is there when an existing formula needs a different active, dosage or ingredient.

Private Label

Choose an existing product, customize it, and follow a standardized process. Existing formulas, standard packaging and approved options, published pricing. Standard documentation included. Independent lab testing is available on request.

From 3,000 units per SKU

Formula Adaptation

Start from an existing DAT Supply formula and adapt ingredients, actives, dosage, serving or compatible components. Formula Adaptation starts from an existing DAT Supply formula with a fixed-fee development stage — the adaptation, one sample round and the final product specification — and production is quoted separately once the formula and specification are approved.

Final option, packaging configuration and minimum order quantity are confirmed as you build the product inside your DAT Supply account. Private Label prices are shown on each product page; Formula Adaptation production is quoted once the formula and specification are approved.

What is contract manufacturing at DAT Supply?

Your brand, produced through DAT Supply in one of two offers: Private Label (existing formulas, standardized process) or Formula Adaptation (an existing DAT Supply formula, adapted — a change to ingredients, actives or dosage — with a fixed-fee development stage, then a production quotation). Both run inside one client workspace. R&D, due diligence, compliance and other technical work beyond those offers are Custom Projects, reviewed individually.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Private Label starts from 1,000 units per SKU. Formula Adaptation production starts from 3,000 units per SKU; the minimum is fixed for each format (3,000 units for gummies). Standard Private Label covers the EU, the UK and the US. Delivery anywhere else is handled as an Export Project, from the applicable export minimum: once commercial fit is confirmed, DAT Supply scopes the market-specific documentation, compliance, freight and payment with you, and third-party, government, legalisation and testing costs are passed through where applicable.

Can one contract cover multiple formats?

Yes. Gummies, powder sticks, jelly sticks, oral strips and pet soft chews all run through the same order workflow.

How are claims and import handled for the US market?

Claim wording is reviewed per project against the target market before artwork is locked; you approve the final label.
