How a project runs
From brief to released batch
Four stages, in the order you meet them. Each one has its own review step, and nothing moves forward until the stage before it is signed off.

Stage 01 -
Stage 02 Samples and sign-off
Samples are produced against the agreed direction and shipped to you. You judge flavour, colour and texture in your hands, and sign off on what goes into production.

Stage 03 Artwork and documents
Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each move through their own review step. On-pack copy is reviewed before artwork is locked.

Stage 04 Production and release
The batch runs, batch documentation is released by stage, and finished goods ship to your destination. Around 8 weeks from formula sign-off.

EU & UK regulatory posture
For EU and UK brands, on-pack copy is reviewed against EU Regulation 1924/2006 and 432/2012 claim wording, with EU Nutrient Reference Values (NRV)-based labelling, before artwork is locked. Importer, responsible-party and customs responsibilities are confirmed for the applicable order and destination.
