High-Active Gummy Manufacturing
Gummy formats carrying higher active loads on existing pectin formulas, adapted through Formula Adaptation.
What DAT Supply Provides
Where the dose target sits above standard ranges, a higher active load on an existing DAT Supply formula is handled as Formula Adaptation: active selection, overage and sensory masking. The output is an approved product specification. Stability programmes and bespoke testing are scoped separately as a Custom Project.
How We Work
A high-active specification is reviewed for dose, active form, and market at project start. Samples confirm sensory acceptance before the specification is approved. The approved specification is captured in the documentation pack.
Documentation Delivered
Each high-active project receives its product specification and an overage statement. Documentation is prepared for the markets you select. A Certificate of Analysis or independent lab testing is available on request. Additional documents can be scoped on request.
