Manufacturing Standards
Documented manufacturing standards anchored to validated process windows and quality checks during production.
What DAT Supply Provides
Production runs against defined process windows and the agreed specification. Each step has defined quality-check points, recorded parameters and documented acceptance criteria before batch release.
How We Work
Recipes are validated against a defined process window before commercial scheduling. In-process checks are recorded and reviewed against the agreed specification. Updates to the standards are version-controlled and communicated to active brand-owner programmes.
Documentation Delivered
The specification and release criteria are confirmed with the brand owner before production. Each batch carries its batch / lot reference and release record against the agreed specification. A Certificate of Analysis or independent lab testing is available on request. Additional records are made available to the brand owner on request.
