Order Management on the DAT Supply Platform — Europe
Once an order is placed, you follow it in your DAT Supply account: each stage visible, each document released when it exists, from confirmed specification to delivered batch.
What you manage in your DAT Supply account
Your order, specification, samples, documents and delivery, in one place.
Your order
Product, format, quantity and target market — a catalogue product or a Formula Adaptation project.
Specification & samples
The confirmed specification and allergen information for each SKU, plus your sample orders, placed and paid for in your account.
Documents & delivery
Documents released by stage, and delivery coordinated from the same account.
Documents released as the order moves
Specification, label, packaging and batch documents each appear at their stage. A Certificate of Analysis or independent lab testing is available on request.
On-pack copy is reviewed against the EU and UK frameworks — EU Regulation 1924/2006 claim wording and NRV-based labelling — before artwork is locked. Importer, responsible-party and customs responsibilities are confirmed for the applicable order and destination.
