Packaging formats for your private-label product.
PET bottles, doypacks, sachets, cartons, displays and labels. Each product page lists its standard packaging options; the pack never changes the formula.
The packaging formats we work with
Primary packs, secondary packaging and labels — each confirmed against the format and the order.
PET bottles
Rigid bottles for gummies and adjacent daily-use formats — a familiar shelf format with a standard closure and label area.
Doypacks
Stand-up pouches for gummies and powders, with a larger print area and a lighter shipping profile than rigid packs.
Sachets
Single-serve and multi-serve sachets for sticks, powders and jellies. Units per sachet and sachets per outer are confirmed on the order.
Cartons
Folding cartons as a secondary pack — for retail presentation, multipacks or to carry sachets and primary packs.
Displays
Retail display and outer packaging where the order calls for it, confirmed against the format and the destination.
Labels
On-pack labels and artwork, reviewed against the confirmed product information and the target-market framework before production.
What is standard
The packaging options listed on a product page — for example a PET bottle or doypack on a catalogue gummy — are standard. They are priced on the page and chosen when you create your product.
What sits outside the standard options
A count, fill, pack or configuration not listed as a standard option is not offered on a Private Label order. Custom packaging development is handled as a Custom Project.
Packaging questions
Which packaging formats can I choose?
PET bottles, doypacks and sachets as primary packs, with cartons and displays as secondary packaging, and on-pack labels. Each product page lists the options available for that product.
Does the packaging change the formula?
No. The same formula can move between its available pack types — a bottle to a doypack, say — without starting over.
What is standard, and what is not?
The options listed on the product page are standard. A different count, fill, pack or configuration is not offered on a Private Label order; custom packaging development is a Custom Project.
Who reviews the label artwork?
DAT Supply reviews your artwork and claim wording against the confirmed product information and the target-market framework before production. You approve the final artwork. Final label use, market filings and product placement remain your responsibility unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
