Global Facility & Quality Standards

The following certifications and regulatory frameworks govern operational infrastructure, manufacturing practices, and quality system controls across DAT SUPPLY-managed production.

Regulatory Facility Registration (United States)

FDA Registered Facility (U.S.)

Production sites serving the U.S. market are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and operate under applicable provisions of 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplements.

FDA registration confirms regulatory visibility and inspection eligibility but does not constitute product approval.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)

DAT SUPPLY operates under cGMP-aligned manufacturing systems, covering:

  • Controlled production environments
  • Personnel hygiene, qualification, and training
  • Raw material and component management
  • In-process controls and batch integrity
  • Complete production and release documentation

cGMP compliance forms the operational baseline across all DAT SUPPLY manufacturing activities.

HACCP — Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points

HACCP systems are implemented to identify, evaluate, and control biological, chemical, and physical hazards throughout the production lifecycle.

Critical control points are monitored, documented, and verified in accordance with food-safety risk profiles.

Dietary, Ethical & “Free-From” Certifications

Dietary and ethical certifications are applied on a product-specific and facility-specific basis, depending on formulation, market requirements, and certification scope.

Non-GMO

Independent verification frameworks are applied where required to confirm the absence of genetically modified organisms within defined supply chains.

Halal Compliance

Halal-compliant production capabilities are available subject to:

  • Ingredient eligibility
  • Processing aids and emulsifiers used
  • Certification scope and market requirements

Halal certification applies only to approved products and validated production lines.

Vegan Certification

Certified vegan products are manufactured using formulations free from animal-derived ingredients or by-products, subject to certification scope.

Gluten-Free

Where applicable, gluten-free production is validated through formulation controls and testing protocols aligned with international thresholds (≤20 ppm).

Transparency & Documentation Policy

Verified partners may request controlled access to documentation including:

Non-GMO Project Verified

Independent verification that no genetically modified organisms are present in the supply chain.

Halal Certified

Ensures:
