Regulatory Compliance Support

Documentation and review support scoped to the requested target market, intended to align with the importer of record's requirements.

What DAT Supply Provides

DAT Supply reviews each project against applicable target-market frameworks and prepares the corresponding documentation pack. The team flags claim wording, ingredient positions, and label content that require additional substantiation. Final responsibility for market placement remains with the brand owner or importer of record.

How We Work

The brief is reviewed for target market, claim intent, and ingredient list at project start. Issues are flagged in writing before formulation lock. The documentation pack is finalised once the specification, artwork, and ingredient declaration are aligned.

Documentation Delivered

Standard packs include specification, ingredient declaration, allergen statement, certificate of analysis, and shelf-life position. Additional documents are added when the importer of record or retail customer requires them. Documentation is reviewed against applicable target-market frameworks.

Frequently asked questions

Does DAT Supply act as importer of record

No. The importer of record is the brand owner or its appointed party in the destination market. DAT Supply provides the documentation pack to support that role.

Can claim wording be reviewed before artwork

Yes. Claim review is scoped at project start so that flagged claims are resolved before plates are generated.
