Frequently asked
What is a sample?
Each sample is 30 gummies in a neutral, unbranded DAT Supply pouch — the formula, flavour, colour and texture to try before a production order. Samples are priced per sample and are exclusive of VAT.
Is there a minimum?
Yes — a €30 minimum per order, across your whole sample selection. Mix any quantities and formulas across the catalogue to reach it; they don’t have to be the same product or the same quantity.
Can I personalise a sample?
These are ready-to-ship samples of the ready formula. To try your own flavour, colour or shape, configure a product in Create your product and order a personalized sample of that exact configuration at the review step — same formula, actives and dosage, paid upfront.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping and lead time are confirmed separately by destination. They never block adding samples to your cart or checking out.
How do I pay?
Samples are paid 100% upfront at checkout.
