Every SOP is documented, version-controlled, and subject to continuous review.

Every critical action in manufacturing is verified by two independent operators.

SOP safeguards include:

  • Critical Weighing Protocol: No ingredient is weighed by a single operator. A second technician verifies the weight digitally and signs off before batching begins.
  • Line Clearance SOP: A rigorous 3-point clearance prevents label mix-ups, packaging residue and cross-contamination.
  • Change Control Protocol: No deviation in process parameters may occur without Quality Unit approval, ensuring batch integrity and audit-ready documentation.

These controls are enforced systematically — not selectively.

Ethical Sourcing & Supply Chain Integrity

Religious Compliance (Halal & Kosher)

DAT SUPPLY maintains access to Halal and Kosher certified production capabilities, subject to product, market, and certification scope.

Compliance includes:

  • Exclusion of non-compliant derivatives, emulsifiers, and processing aids
  • Rabbinical and Halal authority oversight where required
  • Facility inspections, log reviews, and traceability controls
  • Suitability for Middle East and global Jewish markets

Certification availability is validated on a product-by-product and market-specific basis.

Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship
